How to Register:

You will still need to complete the rest of the registration process for this auction.
- Review Terms of Sale (See Terms of Sale).
- Click on the Online Auction Agreement link to the right, electronically fill out the form and electronically sign (See Online Auction Agreement).
- Deliver initial deposit to Hilco Real Estate.
- Acceptable forms of initial deposit Payments:
- Wire Funds (See Wiring Instructions, note there will be a $20 service charge for all wire deposits)
- Cashier’s Check (Payable to Hilco Real Estate)
- Money Order
- Cash
- Credit Card (includes 3% non-refundable convenience fee)
- Delivery of Deposits to: Hilco Real Estate, 5 Revere Drive, Suite 320, Northbrook, IL 60062 Attn: Auctions, Fernando Palacios, fpalacios@hilcoglobal.com.
- Deadline for delivery of deposits in order to register for the auction is Monday, October 15, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. CT.
If you are the winning bidder:
- Upon the conclusion of bidding, buyer will receive a copy of the Agreement to Purchase and Sell which must be signed UNCHANGED and returned to Hilco Real Estate.
- Upon acceptance of the Agreement to Purchase and Sell, buyer’s initial deposit will be deposited as earnest money.
- Additional earnest money to equal 10% of bid price must be delivered to Hilco Real Estate.
- Acceptable forms of Payments for Additional Deposits:

- NO CREDIT CARD will be accepted for additional deposits
- Deadline for delivery of Agreement to Purchase and Sell and additional deposits is Monday, October 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. CT. FAILURE TO DELIVER THE AGREEMENT AND DEPOSITS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF INITIAL DEPOSIT.
If you are NOT a winning Bidder, a check will be mailed to you within seven (7) business days. Credit card deposits will be credited back to the bidder’s account; however, the convenience fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Closing: The deposit will become your initial down payment and the balance of the Total Purchase Contract price plus closing costs will be due at the time of closing, to be completed within 30 calendar days of the seller's ratification.
